The next meeting of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will be held VIRTUALLY on Monday, December 14 at 6:00 p.m. in order to maintain social distancing as directed by public health officials. Access to the meeting will be provided by both video (internet) and audio (internet OR telephone).
The public will be given the opportunity to speak on the agenda items. In order to speak, you must register by 4:00 p.m. on December 14 by sending your name and agenda item of interest to Elizabeth.Stuart@MeckNC.gov. Note that comments will be limited to THREE MINUTES per speaker.

The Patterson-Logan Grocery Store, located at 2515 Booker Avenue in Washington Heights, is available for purchase. While not a designated historic landmark, the building is on the Historic Landmarks Commission’s Study List of Prospective Historic Landmarks and is protected through a preservation easement held by Preserve Mecklenburg.
