Design Review Agenda – March 2021

3.  Long Creek Mill Ruin, located approximately 1,000 feet southeast of the intersection of Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road and Beatties Ford Road

Proposed Plans

The Committee will review a plan for a proposed greenway trail and parking lot on land associated with Long Creek Mill Ruin.

Staff recommends that the plan be approved as presented.

The Committee will review the architectural designs of eight infill houses on the land associated with the McNinch House. The schematic site plan was approved by the Commission in May 2020, and a more refined plan was approved by the Commission in November 2020. 

Staff believes that the architectural plans presented are consistent with previously reviewed architectural plans for this project.
