New Life Coming to the Historic Ervin Building

The historic Ervin Building, located in east Charlotte, will soon be brought back to life with plans to renovate the building into office space with a rooftop bar. The building is currently on the Historic Landmarks Commission’s Study List of Prospective Historic Landmarks and in January 2021, the Commission unanimously voted to process the building for historic landmark designation.
