Adria Focht, Director of The Charlotte Museum of History, recently shared her thoughts with The Charlotte Observer about how hope can be found when exploring Charlotte’s history. As Focht states, Charlotte’s historical stories “are symbols of our perseverance in the face of deprivation, disease and sometimes long odds.”
