The public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the property known as the “Kelly M. and Margaret G. A. Alexander House” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 10th day of November, 2025, via a virtual meeting format. The property is owned by the Helen and Alfred Alexander Living Trust, and is located at 2128 Senior Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D, Article 9, as amended, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
