The public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a virtual public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th day of November 2020 on the question of amending the designation ordinance for the James C. Dowd House, 2216 Monument Street, Charlotte, which was designated as a local historic landmark in 1978. Dowd’s farm which later became part of the US Army’s World War I era Camp Greene.

The final determination of the amendment of this designation ordinance will be decided by the Charlotte City Council at a future City Council meeting.
