The Historic Landmarks Commission meets the second Monday of every month (except for July) and considers items presented by the design review, project and survey committees, as well as any new and/or old business. All meetings are open to the public.
The Design Review Committee considers Applications For Certificates of Appropriateness for Proposed Alterations to or Demolitions of Historic Landmarks. The Committee meets the last Wednesday of every month (except for July). All meetings are open to the public.
The Survey Committee Meets on an as needed basis, roughly twice a year to consider prospective local historic landmarks for designation and recommends properties for placement on the Study List of prospective historic landmarks, conducts surveys, and reviews Survey and Research Reports on prospective historic landmarks. All meetings are open to the public.
The Projects Committee meets on an as needed basis.
