The Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on June 10 at 6:00 p.m. for historic landmark designation for the Derita Gym and the Louise Cotton Mill House. The Derita Gym is located at 6115 Rumple Road, Charlotte, N.C. The Louise Cotton Mill House is located at 1104 Pamlico Street, Charlotte, N.C.
