For instructions on attending the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission virtual public hearing\, visit the Commission’s website at www.landmarkscommission.org or contact the Commission at 980-314-7660. \nThe hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “Dilworth Methodist Church South” (listed under Parcel Identification Number 12105301 and including the exterior of the building and the land listed under Tax Parcel Number 12105301 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office\, Charlotte\, North Carolina as of March 1\, 2026). The “Dilworth Methodist Church South” is owned by On Cleveland LLC\, and is located at 1829 Cleveland Avenue in Charlotte\, North Carolina.
