For instructions on attending the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission virtual public hearing\, visit the Commission’s website at www.landmarkscommission.org or contact the Commission at 980-314-7660. \nThe hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “John Eli Brattain House\,” listed under Tax Parcel Identification Number 00701884 and including the interior and exterior of the building and the approximately 0.322 acre of land listed under Tax Parcel Identification Number 00701884 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office as of July 1\, 2024. Said property is owned by 305 Main Holdings LLC and is located at 305 South Main Street in Davidson\, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D\, Article 9\, as amended\, of the General Statutes of North Carolina. \n\nPublic Hearing For Caldwell-Bradford School \nThe public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the property known as the “Caldwell-Bradford School” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of October\, 2024\, via a virtual meeting format.
