The “McClintock Presbyterian Church” is owned by McClintock Presbyterian Church\, and is located at 14008 Erwin Road in Charlotte\, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D\, Article 9\, as amended\, of the General Statutes of North Carolina. \n\nPublic Hearing for the Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemeteries #1 and #2 \nThe public will take notice that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on the question of designating as a historic landmark the properties known as the “Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemeteries #1 and #2” as set forth below to be conducted during the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of September\, 2026\, via a virtual meeting format. The existing Ordinance would be amended to include both the interior of the Liddell-McNinch House and the associated land listed under Tax Parcel Number 07803513 as part of the original landmark designation of the exterior of the house\, such that the entire property known as the “Liddell-McNinch House” (listed under Tax Parcel Number 07803513\, and including both the interior and exterior of the house\, and the land listed under Tax Parcel Number 07803513 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office\, Charlotte\, North Carolina as of May 1\, 2026) would be designated a Historic Landmark. The property is owned by Mitchell Van Clark and Delores Clark\, and is located at 511 North Church Street in Charlotte\, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D\, Article 9\, as amended\, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
