For instructions on attending the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission virtual public hearing\, visit the Commission’s website at www.landmarkscommission.org or contact the Commission at 980-314-7660. \nThe hearing will allow the public to comment on the potential historic landmark designation of the “John Eli Brattain House\,” listed under Tax Parcel Identification Numbers 00701884 and 00701815 and including the interior and exterior of the building and the approximately 0.720 acres of land listed under Tax Parcel Identification Numbers 00701884 and 00701815 in the Mecklenburg County Tax Office as of May 1\, 2024. Said property is owned by 305 Main Holdings LLC and is located at 305 South Main Street and 220 Walnut Street in Davidson\, North Carolina. Such designation would be pursuant to Chapter 160D\, Article 9\, as amended\, of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
