Staff are seeking approval for these new window arrangements. Staff
believes that they meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards, and
Pappas Properties believes they will make the building more marketable.
If the State does not approve them, the Commission will have to decide
whether it wishes to seek the 20 percent tax credits or the 10 percent tax
credits. |
